Description
Force-free lateral alignment device in eight sizes for compensating tolerances in the event of position offset in the X or Y direction
Features
• Prevents jamming and tilting when removing and placing workpieces

• Specially developed for large compensation movements up to +/- 25 mm
• Versions with locking in deflected position available
Functionality
The compensation movement is realized by linear roller guides according to the cross slide principle. The alignment is almost force-free. The unit can be locked in a central position by a double-acting pneumatic piston. For versions with cranked locking, the unit can also be locked in the deflected position by means of an adhesive pad on the locking mushroom by pressing the piston against the adapter plate mounted on the tool side.
